LOCKDOWN INFO

We are opening! Friday December 3 at 8am.  Please keep an eye out on our Socials for Store Hours as we get back into it.  To recover our losses we will most likely be operating 6 days a week, with early bird opens.  

Click and collect option is now available.    Please be mindful orders will not be ready the same day, especially if we are gift wrapping.  For enquries email  celebrateatoearoa@gmail.com 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Online Credit Card, Stripe, Paypal and Afterpay.  Please be aware of online scammers.  Celebrate Aotearoa would never slide through your DMs asking for payment of orders.

CAN I PAY ONLINE AND PICKUP INSTORE? 

Yes you most certainly can please see above. 

DO YOU GIFT WRAP?

YES!!!  Get in touch with us at checkout, if you would like an item Gift Wrapped or Christmas Gift Wrapped.  We giftwrap outside of store hours, your welcome to shop/purchase leave with us and collect later.  Because have limited staff, we do not Gift Wrap while customer is still instore. 

CAN YOU HOLD ITEMS?

Unfortunately due to the small nature of our business we are unable to Hold items. 

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET, WHAT CAN I DO? 

We have a third party that sends out order Tracking Numbers.  If you have not received this within 3 days of placing your order 

please email celebrateaotearoa.co.nz.  

Due to Auckland lockdown restrictions there may be delays.  Where NZ Courier Post sends anywhere between 3-5 days, there have been times where it has taken up to 7 working days for deliveries.   We advise to keep an eye on the Tracking of your parcel.   

Parcels should not take longer than 2 weeks for delivery.  Customers need to contact us as soon as possible so we can get in touch with our provider. 

IMPORTANT Celebrate Aotearoa will not be held responsible for awol orders if we are not contacted in a timely fashion or contacted over 2 weeks or more outside of the parcel pickup date. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please choose gifts wisely - as we do  not Refund if the item is not 'what you expected' or if you simply change your mind.   

Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of purchase - with proof of purchase, and in original store bought condition.   

*For hygiene reasons, Earrings and Masks are not exchangeable. 

Faulty Items  if an item is faulty we can repair or exchange the purchase to the value in store. If no other alternatives can be met we can offer a credit note or full refund. Within 30 days of purchase. 

*Faulty - manufactural fault, not fault due to customer use.. eg sleeping with earrings on. 

Do you offer Gift Certificates/Vouchers

Yes! We now offer Hard Copy Gift Vouchers $50 and $100 denominations. to be used instore.   Please see our Christmas section in the main homepage tab.  If you wish to place and E-certificate order where they can use online or have this option on the Gift Cert as well, please email us before hand so we can add barcodes accordingly. 

Gift certificates have an expiry of 12 months from date of purchase.

Cannot be exchangeable for cash.  

In the event of a Gift Voucher being misplaced we will be able to track and replace but could take up to 14 days to process in the system.  For us to be able to process sooner, correct Name ID information must be provided when purchasing, as ID may need to be presented to verify the Certificate.
